Michael Tilson Thomas and the San Francisco Symphony have developed Keeping Score: MTT on Music in order to offer today's audiences a connection to classical music via today's media. Now in its fourth year, the Keeping Score (KS) Education Program provides support to teachers in CA, AZ, and OK schools to integrate classical music into every day curriculum, placing music as a cornerstone for all learning while developing tomorrow's audiences. Education Design is leading the program evaluation in collaboration with the Center for Music in Education at New England Conservatory.

Music-in-Education National Consortium, multiple states

Program evaluation for the Music-in-Education National Consortium (MIENC) and the affiliated Learning Laboratory School Network (LLSN) schools. The project, now in its third FIPSE funding period, expects to scale out laboratory school designs among Consortium-supported school sites, work begun over the previous grants. The Consortium represents a network of universities, arts organizations, and partner schools whose purpose is to place music as an essential role in higher education teacher preparation and public school reform.
